Taking cue from how light functions, Sparks of Awakening attempts to reach into the deep conscious of its admirer and compel them into introspection. It wants us to think of how light is enlightening; informing us of where we are and what surrounds us. Illuminated consciousness is more often than not symbolic of how light contributes to awareness of one’s surroundings. The installation brilliantly conveys how better decisions are a product of one’s consciousness and how consciousness is a product of light. The Lamp of Fortune

Ever since the dawn of Indian culture and civilization, the lighting of the lamp has been a ritual on special occasions and ordinary.
